Mike Huckabee, the former Governor of Arkansas, has been criticized for his latest advert promoting his children's book, The Kids Guide to President Trump.

Huckabee, an ardent supporter of Donald Trump, has been running adverts on right-wing television networks and social media promoting the educational book since 2020.

On Tuesday, an ad for The Kids Guide to President Trump, which is part of a series of "The Kids Guide" books, magazines and videos operated by Huckabee's EverBright Media, was featured on Fox News and shared on Twitter by journalist Aaron Rupar.

Mike Huckabee has a new children’s book out ― and based on the promotional materials, it likely won’t please onetime ally Donald Trump.

Huckabee’s “The Kids Guide to Ron DeSantis” appears to offer a glowing take on the Florida governor, a potential 2024 rival to Trump who is already beating the former president in some polls.

Trump is reportedly unhappy with former protege DeSantis as a result and likely to be less-than-thrilled with Huckabee’s claim that DeSantis “may be our next Commander-in-Chief."

 It's like this folks: sometimes your mind goes blank. Happens more than usual with me of course. Take this forum for instance. I wanted to post something today and couldn't think of a topic. At least not a non-sexual one and we know sexual ones lately have been frowned upon.  Then along comes one of our regulars and complains about something. Well, they might not say it was a complaint, just an observation, but it was a complaint. A minor one. It has something to do about being able to make something out of nothing. Sort of like me this morning, how to make a thread out of an empty head? But they (notice I am using the correct pronoun, not saying he or she), by what they said got me thinking.
