Taking the right approach…

More than ever before, we are experiencing political dysfunction in the United States.  (LOL), yeah, that’s an understatement-and-a-half. 😁 Whether liberal or conservative, each side points to the other as the root of the problem.

So, SNOWFLAKE is wondering:

"Political: Is it time to start using more humor and sarcasm when dealing with the "other" side instead of reacting with constant anger and hyperbole and acting just like "they" do? OR is using humor and sarcasm (even satire) going to make it look like we aren't taking things thrown at us from the "other" side seriously?"

SNOWFLAKE, like most of us here, skews left, politically.  So, he is asking from the liberal’s perspective.  But…

Whatever your political bent, what do you think is the right way, most productive way, to deal with our society’s political dysfunction?

Out of country bloggers, please feel free to chime in as well.  Give us your outside-looking-in perspective.  Is there some way to reconcile the U.S.’s ever-growing dysfunction?  Enquiring minds want to know.
