A Ukraine weapons update & Armageddon spot check ๐Ÿ˜ถ‍๐ŸŒซ️

Armageddon spot check ๐Ÿ˜ถ‍๐ŸŒซ️
Reports from diplomats and experts are indicating that Vladdy-Poo is totally intending mass slaughter in Eastern Ukraine. The US intends to send replacement weapons for what has been used so far and some much bigger weapons to increase Ukrainian firepower against the hell that the Russian military is going to rain down on all those evil Nazis.

In response to the US proposal to ramp up weapon volume and lethality, Vladdy-Poo is making veiled threats about Armageddon being on the table in response if US weapons are delivered as promised.

We live in exciting times, unfortunately. The New York Times writes:
Russia this week sent a formal diplomatic note to the United States warning that U.S. and NATO shipments of the “most sensitive” weapons systems to Ukraine were “adding fuel” to the conflict there and could bring “unpredictable consequences.”

The diplomatic dรฉmarche, a copy of which was reviewed by The Washington Post, came as President Biden approved a dramatic expansion in the scope of weapons being provided to Ukraine, an $800 million package including 155 mm howitzers — a serious upgrade in long-range artillery to match Russian systems — coastal defense drones and armored vehicles, as well as additional portable antiaircraft and antitank weapons and millions of rounds of ammunition.
If Russian forces stumble in the next phase of the war as they did in the first, “then I think the chances that Russia targets NATO supplies on NATO territory go up considerably,” Beebe said. “There has been an assumption on the part of a lot of us in the West that we could supply the Ukrainians really without limits and not bear significant risk of retaliation from Russia,” he said. “I think the Russians want to send a message here that that’s not true.”
Attention at the time focused on Putin’s reminder that Russia possesses a powerful nuclear arsenal, Weiss said, but it was also “a very explicit warning about not sending weapons into a conflict zone.” Having drawn a red line, he asked, are the Russians “now inclined to back that up?”

Now, on to the fun stuff. Things that blow up!

That 2021 article comments: The U.S. Navy is pairing an MQ-9B Sea Guardian drone with a guided-missile cruiser capable of firing anti-air, anti-surface and anti-submarine missiles as a hunter-killer team in an unprecedented exercise testing new unmanned systems.

As discussed here before, the US has sent Javelin anti-tank missiles and intends to send another thousand or two. These are fun little firecrackers as shown in the video below.

The British-Swedish NLAW short range (800 meters) anti-tank missiles are also destroying Russian armor.

NATO country Slovakia is going to send the Ukrainian military Russian made S-300 anti-aircraft missiles. Russia is targeting those missiles with everything it has. These are real aircraft killers.
