“Pick your poison”...

It’s seemingly a fact that things evolve/change. It can take a long time, even eons of time, but it appears that things do physiologically/physically evolve/change; via natural selection and adaptation for organic things, via erosion and other methods for inorganic things (mountains, oceans, etc.). We have some examples in the form of fossil records to seemingly bear such changes out (unless, of course, Someone is trying to fool us). 😉

So, while some people think that we evolved up from "pond scum" into what we are today, some five billion years in the making, there is also a pretty hefty chunk of people out there who believe their God created everything in existence, including full blown humans, “up from the dust of the ground.”

I speak, of course, about the infamous battle between the notions of evolutionism vs creationism.  I would concede that some middling case could be made for a Door Number 3; varieties of life were transplanted to earth from elsewhere in the cosmos.  Also pretty spectacular, if true.

When you really think about it, crawling up out of the ocean to eventually become humans that walk upright does stretch the mind.  OTOH, to be instantaneously created on the spot isn’t much better. Both seem like extreme fantasy thinking to any sane person.  Amirite?

Question: Evolutionism or Creationism or exo-transplantation (oh my)… what is your preferred poison of choice?  Now explain yourself.
