Do you eat “good?”

“Good,” aye… there’s the rub.  “Good” can mean your diet consists of the four basic (most common and yummy) food groups of salt, sugars, fats, and caffeine.  Or, “good” can mean healthy (broccoli, blueberries, beans, and whole grains).  Pick your “good” poisons.  I just had a “cage free” egg on a wheat bun with tomato and some Hellmann’s mayo.  Now that WAS goooooood!  I guess you can say I “split the difference” regarding definitions. ;)

They say that, on average, every seven to 10 years your body recycles itself.  Cell-wise, it’s true, which give a whole new meaning to “You are what you eat.”  Like the word “good,” it depends on how you, philosophically, look at it.

So, if YOU are what you eat, then what is it that you eat?

Give us a list of your typical food intake (e.g., hamburgers, fries, pastries, veggies, fruits, grains… whatever it is that comprises your usual menu.  E.g., tell us what all you ate yesterday, or this week, if you can remember; and, how much of it (portion size).

Fun bonus question:  If you could BE a food, what would you be?  E.g., an Oscar Mayer Weiner?? (Okay, okay… I’ll stop).

Thanks for commenting and recommending (and I hope laughing).
