COSTCO CLARIFIES RETURN POLICY ON TOILET PAPER, ET. AL.

ISSAQUAH, Washington – Costco, one of the country’s largest wholesale outlets, is in hot water after posting signs in its warehouses regarding its new return policy.
Costco made it crystal clear to its member-customers that it will not accept returns on toilet paper, paper towels and sanitizing wipes, among others.
Today, Costco told The Adobo Chronicles that its new return policy — adopted in view of the worsening threat of the coronavirus in the United States — only refers to USED toilet paper, paper towels and sanitizing wipes.
So customers, make sure if you intend to return your purchases of said items that they are unopened, unused and intact in their original packaging.
