What to do about the Trucker's protest?
By now, you all have heard about the Trucker's protest up in Canada. That protest has disrupted border crossings, damaged businesses, disrupted lives and clogged cities like Ottawa.
Seems now, Trudeau has decided to invoke Emergencies Act.

However, Canadians aren't pleased, and to be honest, most of my Canadian contacts are fed up. And I have to wonder if a protest of this nature ended up closing bridges and crippling cities in the U.S. if it would have been allowed to carry on this long? My guess: no way!
Should this protest have been ended more forcibly and sooner? If it happened where you live would you like to see a quick end to these kinds of Trucker protests?
Something to think about:
Majority have lost faith in Canada's ability to keep peace and order in wake of trucker protest: poll
The Maru Public Opinion poll, done from Feb. 15 to Feb. 16, found that 71 per cent of Canadians would vote for a “strong-willed person” who will enforce law and order, regardless of what political party they’re from.
This view is strongest in Quebec (86 per cent) and in British Columbia (74 per cent). In Ontario and Alberta — both provinces with conservative premiers — this number drops to 66 per cent, followed by 63 per cent in Atlantic Canada and 62 per cent in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
What say you?
