The Five Best Twilight Zone Episodes EVER!

Yes, it’s an oldie that never really gets old, at least for me. Much respect for that iconic series. Like another sci-fi forerunner, the venerable “Star Trek – The Original Series,” I’d say The Twilight Zone was humanity’s first television intro to the genre of science fiction.

Serling served as executive producer and head writer; he wrote or co-wrote 92 of the show's 156 episodes. He was also the show's host and narrator, delivering monologues at the beginning and end of each episode.

Rarely violent, unlike today's sci-fi, I loved that it tempered the realm of human psychology with science fiction.  And who among us hasn’t seen any of its shows?  I’d venture to say no one.

So, for fun, name your five most favorite Twilight Zone episodes.

"A sickness known as hate. Not a virus, not a microbe, not a germ - but a sickness nonetheless, highly contagious, deadly in its effects. Don't look for it in the Twilight Zone - look for it in a mirror. Look for it before the light goes out altogether." - Rod Serling, from "I am the night, color me black."
