Damn that ethylene!
I knew I should have taken Home Ec.! I can’t believe it took me until this late in
life to learn how to better preserve bananas.
For crying out loud! And by a youngster, no less!! 😄 But
that’s fine. I’m always willing to
learn.*
Do you have any helpful hints to share? I'd/We'd love to hear them.

*As a matter of fact, yes, and the same
may be said for bananas, cantaloupes, and a number of other fruits and
vegetables. It's all due to a plant hormone called ethylene. Ethylene
is a natural plant hormone released in the form of a gas.
