My Cinnamon Rolls recipe

This is my Cinnamon Roll recipe. I think it is pretty good. I am wondering of we have any bakers here that could offer suggestion or tweaks to it?
Do you have a recipe you really like and would like to share it?

Cinnamon Rolls 
Step #1
Mix 1 TBS yeast, 1 TBS sugar, ¼ cup of warm water
Step #2
Mix 1 cup of warm milk, 4 TBS of melted butter, ½ cup of sugar, 1TSP of salt, 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Step #3 Mix Step 1 and 2 together along with 2 eggs
Let rest for 10 minutes
Step #4 Mix\add 3 cups of all-purpose flour to step #3 mixture
Cover with a cloth and place in a warm place to allow the dough to rise.
Step #5 Mix ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 ½ TBS cinnamon, 1 TBS nutmeg and set aside

After the dough has risen roll it out onto a sheet of butcher or wax paper.
Spread the mixture from Step #5 evenly over the rolled out dough.

Lift one end of the paper and roll the dough onto itself. Wrap the rolled up dough in plastic wrap and place in the freezer.

The Icing is a mixture of warm water and powdered sugar and vanilla 
Put the icing in a pint mason jar and store in the fridge door

As desired slice off any number of cinnamon rolls off the end of the rolled dough
Allow to warm
Set the icing jar on the counter to warm
Bake the rolls at 350* for 15 to 20 minutes on a buttered sheet\pan
Cover with icing and serve
