A FEW WORDS if I may:
In the comment policy section I mentioned about sources used to post an OP, I only disqualified two sources, they being
Conspiracy-Pseudoscience
Questionable Sources

However, I might call out sources that lean far left or far right and are loaded in their language and are filled with hyperbole.
Most of the time, OPs based on such sources tend not to be "news" but "opinion" and as such, gives us something to debate, so I tend to let them stand, because "debate" is what we are about.
Any criticism of my policies or suggestions are fair game, so please let me know if my policies are too strict or not strict enough.
FOR MY AUTHORS:
As time progresses I will have to make changes to my invite list, to add interested persons or eliminate names due to inactiveness or because they do not want to take part in our discussions.
So I urge my authors to copy and paste the following invite list, and remember to post them in segments, if you post the entire list in one go, the names won't stick ( another Disqus thing )

IF ANYONE wants to be part of this Forum but is not on the invite list please let me know, and reverse, if you want to be removed let me know, thanks.
HOWEVER, we can not customize the invite list because you want to be invited to some discussions but not others, we would end up having to create a customized list for each topic, and no one here, including myself, wants that headache.
FINALLY
SO FAR - knock wood - we have had people participate in lively debates, both from the Left and Right angles, and have had good participation on non-political topics as well. Some comments have come close to needless name-calling, but I tend to let some name-calling go as I get how "heated" some topics get, I just urge our participants to know where to draw the line.
A reminder as well, anyone wanting to author OPs please let me know, as it stands now, I have a good group of people set up as Authors but not all have chosen to write an OP.
Authors - please post a picture with your OP as well, if you don't, that annoying picture of Trump shows up on discussion if you access it from your Disqus page, another Disqus glitch, so posting a picture means that your picture will be shown not the Trump one.
