 I think I finally figured it out.


Not only here on Snowy's Forum, but on many political discussion boards, the most popular target of venom for the Right seems to be AOC

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez


Now, granted, she is a Leftist, or if you prefer, a Socialist, maybe even a Commie.


She is also part of the Squad, all women of color who have been told to go back to their countries.


At first I though, this is pure racism, it must be, I mean there are a lot of other Commies in the DNC, like Elizabeth Warren and Gretchen Witmer and Bernie Sanders.


Then I got a hint, from the Piers Morgan meltdown over Meghan Markle. And the discovery that he had wanted her, and when she preferred Prince Harry, well of course, then she was Good Digger, and worse names, much worse.


Were the attacks on her because she is biracial? Probably. But she is also a very attractive woman, and a loser like Piers thought he could get with her? AND when he couldn't?

FULL OUT ASSAULT on her character.


Typical highschool antics, if you get down to it. The hot chick doesn't want you so you want to smear her name, call her a slut, and worse. 


Then, horror - AOC dared to dance on the roof of a building! WHAT A SIN! And the rightwing media? Oh, they were ALL OVER IT.



Conservatives tried to shame Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for making a cute dance video in college, and Twitter had clapbacks for days

Just as in the Piers Morgan case, those who know they could never be with someone like AOC, and are pissed off about it, have to smear her to cover up for their sense of inferiority.


What other explanation CAN there be?

Philosophical Question #14 – Lifestyle Choices

Here is an interesting question in my list of philosophical questions: 1.) Should governments have penalties for those who live unhealthy lifestyles? A list of unhealthy lifestyles would include things like smoking, drinking, illegal drugs, prostitution, and other “vice” type activities. I guess the “government penalties” would be referring to monetary punishments, withholding medical treatments (insurance companies would love that), possibly imposing/regulating very high (exorbitant) prices on things considered unhealthy in order to cut down on their use, and other possibilities. 2.) Or, would you say that living an unhealthy lifestyle, likely resulting in a LOT of eventual personal pain and suffering, should be punishment enough for unhealthy lifestyles? When people make bad choices in life, often in their youth where ignorance and immediate gratification takes them over,  3.)
