What are you binge-watching?

 Wow, what a nice week we just had!  Gorgeous Fall weather in the middle of November.  What's not to love?  But it's over.  The chill is back and we're still mostly locked in.  So it's binge-watching time!  


In the past year, I've been through the complete Harley Quinn, Life on Mars, The Prisoner, Doom Patrol, The Queen's Gambit and more....and I don't watch all that much television.  But I'm still looking for something to fill those empty hours.  Something to distract me from news about the Orange Blob and his Endless Outrages on the news.

So what to watch?  Happy! perhaps?  A lovely tale of a psychopathic killer and his imaginary friend?




Or something more serious?  A trudge through the ever somber After Life (a show with the tagline "Hell is other people."  Ain't THAT fun?).


Or maybe just some cartoons.  Lots and lots and lots of cartoons.  Wow, that's tempting.

Philosophical Question #14 – Lifestyle Choices

Here is an interesting question in my list of philosophical questions: 1.) Should governments have penalties for those who live unhealthy lifestyles? A list of unhealthy lifestyles would include things like smoking, drinking, illegal drugs, prostitution, and other “vice” type activities. I guess the “government penalties” would be referring to monetary punishments, withholding medical treatments (insurance companies would love that), possibly imposing/regulating very high (exorbitant) prices on things considered unhealthy in order to cut down on their use, and other possibilities. 2.) Or, would you say that living an unhealthy lifestyle, likely resulting in a LOT of eventual personal pain and suffering, should be punishment enough for unhealthy lifestyles? When people make bad choices in life, often in their youth where ignorance and immediate gratification takes them over,  3.)
