The man (or woman) in the mirror…

Let’s talk about aging.

Peter Taylor has an interesting question:

  • Do you see yourself as being your chronological age? Has it always been so? For example, when you were 8, how old did you see yourself as? How about 15? 25? 40? 60? 80?  Did you think of yourself as younger or older than you were chronologically?
  • Was there a point in your life when you swopped over from seeing yourself as older to seeing yourself as younger (or vice versa)?
  • How do you think others see you?
