Anger… it can eat people up.  But just like that other stuff, “it happens.” 

Anger is a relief valve.  If we don’t release it, we might explode and do something, well, let’s call it “illegal.” 😡

  2. What is often the source of your anger?  (E.g., politics, incompetence, your kids/family, other.)
  3. What helps you manage your anger?  (E.g., drugs, booze, meditation, other.)
  4. What was the last thing you remember being angry about?
