Good ideas...

Things you should get in the habit of doing because, well, they are just good ideas.  I'll get us started:

  • Chew your food at least 25 times before swallowing.
  • Slow down when driving through an intersection, glancing both ways... just in case.
  • Try to practice mindfulness.
  • Eat, drink, and otherwise do things in moderation.
  • [your suggestions here]
