Good ideas...
Things you should get in the habit of doing because, well, they are just good ideas. I'll get us started:
- Chew your food at least 25 times before swallowing.
- Slow down when driving through an intersection, glancing both ways... just in case.
- Try to practice mindfulness.
- Eat, drink, and otherwise do things in moderation.
