About Peanut Butter


Americans consume about 700 million pounds of peanut butter annually, averaging about twenty-two tablespoons per person per year. If that sounds like a lot, here’s the real shocker: Europeans on average consume less than one tablespoon of peanut butter per person annually.

Why are Americans so obsessed with peanut butter? Look in an American grocery store, and whole aisles will be dedicated to the stuff. Look online and recipes anywhere from peanut butter cookies to peanut butter hummus will show up. And it’s not just a millennial trend—even our parents grew up with the classic PB&J. Yet, it’s virtually nonexistent in other parts of the world. 

Why? I don't know why, might have to delve into the above link to get a "scientific" explanation, but I have my own theories as to why.

The MonoRacer 130E Fully Enclosed Motorcycle Aims to Redefine Personal Mobility Elena Gorgan The idea of making something that would be halfway between a bicycle or motorcycle and a car is not new; after all, the advantages of such a vehicle would be many for a large segment of the market. In the Czech Republic, inventor, fabricator and full-time pilot Arnold Wagner has been making one such vehicle since the late ‘80s. Since 2009, with a new partner, he launched the  PERAVES CZ  company, and they’ve been putting out these cabin-motorcycles dubbed MonoRacer since then. I came across a question that has me befuddled.

 Maybe the wise and sagacious people on this forum might be able to speculate on the answer. If a vampire   bites a zombie, does the zombie become a vampire or the vampire become a zombie? Then we have one of them time paradox questions: If you take an object back in time and leave it there, where did it originally come from? AND one more just for the fun of it.......... If we’re all unique, doesn’t that make being unique not unique?
